Haymarket Square - Magic Lantern on Chaparral, crm-201 from 1968. I hate using the term mega-rare, but this record is just that. Recorded to accompany the Baron and Bailey Light Circus at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, Illinois, this is an incredible slice of early psych rock, with all the right elements. Powerful male/female vocals, and excellent musicianship make for a record well worth its reputation. Strong fuzz leads, and excellent well written songs. From what I've read, there were only 100 pressed, so this is a rare opportunity to own an original press. The cover is VG+ with about 2" discreet clear tape on the top center seam. A bit of minor soling to the cover as well but still very nice! The disc is a super clean EX and plays beautifully!
